GOALS

The preparation for the 2023 season has probably been the best in years, when already in November 2022, together with Juho and Paul, we started the Fit4racing training program for downhillers, and we have done it consistently until now, and we will continue with the same momentum. In addition to training in the gym, I went to a downhill training camp in Portugal at the end of February, where the first competition was also held, and in April to collect some kilometers on an enduro bike in Italy.

This season, my main focus is on the World Cup, which is like F1 in downhill, and I plan to take part in six of the eight stages, which is more than ever before. In previous years, I haven’t been very successful in any of the WC stages in the elite class, because the level there is incredibly high, but due to this year’s good preparation, I feel much more confident and ready to offer competition to the top riders.

The season started very well, when I placed 9th in the qualifying at the first European Cup in Croatia, but unfortunately I got DNS in the finals. But I corrected the mistakes in the following Polish Downhill Cup where I stepped on the top step of the podium.

Pre-season preparation and the results of the first races show that this effort has paid off and the results just get better and better. 

However, the season is long and there are many upcoming competitions (calendar below). However, participating in competitions is expensive, and it is unrealistic for a young athlete to realize such a calendar without additional financial strength.

Therefore, I need your help to implement the project “On the way to the top of Europe”. The motivation is high, a lot of effort has been put in and now I just really want to ride a bike and prove myself!
